Her journey into yoga started five years ago with a simple rooftop class, and what began as a way to get physically fit quickly transformed into a deep, soulful connection with mind, body, and spirit.

Tenisha understands that yoga isn’t a “one size fits all” practice. Whether you're a beginner stepping onto the mat for the first time or an experienced yogi refining your flow, Tenisha’s approach is all about meeting you where you are. Her classes focus on self-awareness, breathwork, movement, and—most importantly—honoring your body’s needs at every moment.

As a Certified Yoga Alliance instructor with over 200 hours of intensive training from Hidden Dragon Yoga in Oklahoma City, Tenisha brings a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing energy to every class. Her expertise includes:

Get Ready for an Amazing Experience

When you book a session, we kindly ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to get settled in. We want you to have the best experience possible, so please note that we allow a 5-minute grace period for appointments. If you’re running late, we’ll need to reschedule your session, and no refunds will be provided as our space is limited, and we value everyone’s time.

Booking and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after booking the original scheduled service to receive a store credit. There are no cash, debit or credit card refunds allowed.

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduled services do not receive a refund. (Rescheduling is subject to availability)

• Please note that all sales are considered final after the cancellation period.
