How to track your order
1) Check your email
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link (check Promotions/Spam folders too).
2) Use your account (if you created one)
If you created a customer account, you can log in anytime and view your order status.
3) Still don’t see tracking?
Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to update tracking after the label is created. If your tracking link looks “stuck,” don’t panic—give it a little time to catch up.
Digital Downloads
If you purchased a digital product, delivery is usually instant after checkout.
Look for your download link in:

If you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you locate it.
Print-on-Demand (Mugs, Blankets, Journals, etc.)
Some items are made to order, which means they may take a little longer before they ship. Once your item ships, you’ll receive tracking automatically by email.
