Customers are allotted a small grace period for our events. Yet, there will be no refunds and we will not repeat any missed parts of our agenda! As we want to honor and respect everyone's time.
Booking and Cancellations
- Cancellation up to 24 hours after booking the scheduled event for a full refund.
- If you are unable to attend the event you may transfer your spot to someone else or use this event purchase towards another event, paying a difference if required (events subject to availability).
