Customers are allotted a small grace period for our events. Yet, there will be no refunds and we will not repeat any missed parts of our agenda! As we want to honor and respect everyone's time.
Booking and Cancellations

Cancellation up to 24 hours after booking the scheduled event for a full refund.

If you are unable to attend the event you may transfer your spot to someone else or use this event purchase towards another event, paying a difference if required (events subject to availability).

Orders shipping typically take between 4 - 14 business days to processed, shipped and delivered. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work nights and weekends to get all orders out quickly., but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1- 2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as humanly possible.
