How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary by product.

Physical products & print-on-demand items are processed and shipped within a few business days.
Made-to-order items may take slightly longer before shipping.
Digital products are delivered instantly after checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.


How do I track my order?

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.

If you created a customer account, you can also log in to view your order status anytime.
If tracking hasn’t updated yet, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier systems to refresh.


Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds.

However, eligible physical products may be returned for exchange or store credit if they meet our return conditions. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.


Are Vision Boxes returnable?

No. Vision Boxes are final sale.

Due to their intentional and personal nature, Vision Boxes are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


What about digital products?

All digital products, downloads, and courses are final sale.
Once delivered, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Do you offer virtual services or sessions?

Yes. We offer select virtual services, including energy healing, intuitive readings, meditation sessions, and special experiences.

All virtual services are final sale due to the time, preparation, and energetic intention involved.


Can I reschedule a virtual session?

Yes—one-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Missed appointments or no-shows without notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
