Virtual Services Policy
All virtual services offered by Regenerating Me Essentials are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Virtual Energy Healing sessions

Intuitive Conversa™ Card Readings

Virtual Meditation sessions

Salt therapy sessions (in-person or scheduled experiences)

Retreat deposits, reservations, or experiences
Due to the time, preparation, and energetic intention involved, refunds are not available for virtual or scheduled services.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. One-time rescheduling is allowed under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Same service type must be rescheduled (no swapping for different services)
Missed sessions or no-shows without prior notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
Retreats & Special Experiences
Retreats, group sessions, and special events may have separate terms outlined at the time of booking. Deposits and payments for retreats are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
